Helsel's ST450 Multi Charger is a high quality 100-240V AC balanced charger with a high price-performance ratio designed to charge LiPo, LiHV batteries in 2-4 cell balanced mode. The battery is 75% to 99% charged.

Setting the ST450 Charge Voltage
The left slider on the ST450 allows you to set the voltage you want to charge at. You can set the voltage from 1A (1000mA) to 4A (4000mA). The recommended charge rate is 1C. (Battery capacity = charging voltage) 1C is full capacity = charge voltage.
Ex) LiPo battery 2200mAh; 1C= 2200mA (=2.2A) Users can choose 2A to charge LiPo battery 2800mAh; 1C= 2800mA (=2.8A) Users can choose 3A to charge.
